Introduction to Neuroaffirming Practice 

This training introduces neuroaffirming approaches and how working in this way can be transformative for neurodivergent people. The session is designed to be reflective and interactive, encouraging participants to explore and challenge their assumptions and think about how they can apply these approaches in their own work. 

Understanding Autism

This training takes a more in depth look at the strengths, challenges, and barriers faced by autistic people and how professionals can support autistic people to thrive. Training is tailored to the setting you work in e.g. children and young people or adult facing, strategy and policy, or managers of autistic employees. 

Autistic Masking Workshop

This workshop delves into how autistic people experience masking and how high masking autistic people can be supported.
