Who are we?

Cléa Knight is a trained music therapist with experience leading participation and co-production strategy with children, young people and adults. She has many years professional experience working with neurodivergent people of all ages.

Cléa is autistic and has dyspraxia, and brings her personal experiences of navigating life, mental health, education and work as a neurodivergent woman to her training and consultancy work.

This experience allows Cléa to hold open, non-judgmental, reflective spaces where assumptions can be explored safely and working practices thought through collaboratively in order to support participants to improve their understanding and apply new approaches to their service area.

Why Choose Knight NeuroInclusion?

We work with professionals at all levels, from frontline workers to senior leadership, and tailor our offer accordingly. For example, we support those working directly with neurodivergent people in compassionate relationship building and note writing, while we focus on neuroaffirming approaches in strategy, service design, and evaluation with senior leadership teams. We also partner with managers and recruiters to remove barriers to employment and retaining neurodivergent talent for a more inclusive workforce.

Working with us, you can expect to have increased confidence in working with neurodivergent people, knowing how to support them effectively and achieve improved outcomes. Because we deliver from a place of lived experience, neurodivergent people we work with also feel safe and included, rather than alienated, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
